The Bacteriophage Biotechnology Group of the Centre for Biological Engineering at the University of Minho is organising a 5-days course on phage techniques entitled: “5th International hands-on PHAGE BIOTECHNOLOGY course” from 19-23 June, 2023. The course will consist both of theoretical and practical sessions and will cover basic topics such as phage isolation, production and characterization to more advanced tecnhiques focusing on genome annotation, phage display, flow cytometry and RT-PCR to study phage host interaction and phage genetic manipulation.
